When a dentist goes on income protection insurance claim
We have been helping to manage an Income Protection Insurance claim for a young dentist who has been on claim for 2 years with a severe back injury. Having helped our clients get insurance claims paid of over $100m to date, we were proud of his feedback as shown below :
“I have an income protection insurance policy with ClearView which I took out in 2016. I heard of a colleague who recently graduated and started to work, but got in a serious injury and had to change profession. I love my profession and I love what I do. I got income protection insurance with ClearView that Mark Sacks – who is my broker from Experien Insurance Services – arranged for me , even though I did not think I would be unlucky one day and had to make a claim. I had a good salary, and wanted to protect it in case the unexpected happened. Mark was knowledgeable and patient when I was signing up with the insurance.
His service was even more exceptional when I had to claim. I have never received such care and empathy from an insurance broker. He spent a lot of time guiding me and helping me fill out forms when it was the worst time in my life in terms of health. I think he went beyond his job description to help out a client at a time of need.
The monthly claims have mostly been smoothly processed over the last 2 years now, and I have been very happy with my choice with ClearView Income Protection that Mark recommended was best for me at that time. This policy has brought a peace of mind for me at a time when other things in my life were disruptive and chaotic due to my sudden change of health and lifestyle.
I have been recommending ClearView income protection to my colleagues even before claiming from the insurance; and I still do. I highly recommend Mark Sacks at Experien Insurance Services to look after your income protection and life insurance needs. I really don’t know what I would have done without you and this cover. Thank you Mark.”
