Without a doubt, both Lloyd and Meghan are doing an excellent job. They are well organised, punctual, very efficient and highly competent.

They are readily available to answer queries and provide you with the support that we as customers always look for after signing up for a product. They provide you with regular updates about the market and keep you in line with any changes in the Insurance policies.

I recently made an Insurance claim and honestly speaking they made the claims process so easy and hassle free for me. Lloyd is very patient, understanding and you never feel rushed as he always has the time to listen to you. Even with the recent claim It was great that he went beyond, taking that extra initiative and putting in his best effort which, I personally feel is highly commendable.

I would highly recommend Experien to anyone who is looking to sign up for an Insurance package and Lloyd and Meghan in particular are doing a Fabulous Job and they have my highest Recommendation.
